Trust Leadership Team
Our Academy Trust Leadership Team consists of a dedicated team of professionals who deal with the day-to-day management of all of our schools under the guidance of the Executive Headteacher, Michael Johnson.
This results in seamless management across all of the schools in the Trust, and ensures that every child benefits from our unique flexibility to share resources, expertise and best practice across the schools.

Deputy Executive Headteacher
I am passionate about raising standards in education and my role centres around Teaching and Learning and the Curriculum. I am also the Senior Designated Officer for Child Protection at the College. I have worked in a number of schools and at the College previously, as Head of Religious Education, and bring this wide experience to my role.
As Academy Business Manager I am responsible for the strategic oversight, operation and delivery of support services within the Trust.
I am also the Company Secretary and have responsibility for the Trust’s compliance in relation to its legal and statutory obligations.
As you can imagine the role is varied and there is never a dull moment!
SENCO Designate (from January 2019)
First and foremost I am a Maths teacher and teach Year 6-11 across the Trust. In addition to this my key responsibilities are Special Educational Needs, Pupil Premium IT and Transition. I am passionate about inclusion and believe that every child has the right to the very best education, no matter what their barriers to learning may be.
I am truly proud of the progress that all our pupils make, right across all the schools within the Trust, and know that the fantastic teachers we have are the key to pupils success.
My role within the Trust focuses on the buildings, and health and safety. It is an absolute privilege to be associated with our four schools, ensuring the premises offer the very best possible conditions for learning. Whilst I am based in the College, I can quite often be found at one of the primary schools checking on things and making sure everything is working as it should. My position allows me to get involved in so many aspects of education; not only the facilities management side but teaching and learning, community partnerships, pupil and parent support. It’s never boring, quite often a challenge and always rewarding.
I really do hope that my contribution helps the children benefit from the best possible environment.
