GCSE Results 2025
Year 11 pupils at the College enjoyed a further year of examination success. The overall outcomes for pupils in Year 11 were in line with the outcomes of the previous year, which placed our school within the top 3% of schools nationally for achievement...
The Department for Education will share comparative school data in due course, which we expect will yet again confirm the quality of the education children receive in our school. This is, in no small measure, due to the support of our families for the education of their children, alongside the dedication and hard work of our staff.
Some headlines from the results:
- 82% of children secured at least a grade 4 in English and Mathematics.
- 61% of children secured at least a grade 5 in English and Mathematics.
- The average grade in the school was 5.4.
- 25% of all grades were awarded at grade 7 or above.
- 80% of all grades were awarded at grade 4 or above.
- 62% of children achieved the English Baccalaureate at grade 4 and above.
- 46% of children achieved the English Baccalaureate at grade 5 and above.
On all measures, we compare well above the national and county average, across the board. We anticipate that these will be amongst the strongest results in the South of England for a non-selective and non-fee-paying school.
