On Tuesday we had a visit from Ofsted to inspect Class 1 as a potential room to accommodate a PFSU (Preschool Foundation Stage Unit) along with KS1.
The inspector looked around the school and interviewed Gina and I at length. We are delighted that she is recommending us for registration and as soon as the certificate comes through we will be able to open for business. Sessions will depend on demand. We need a total of four children to get it off the ground, so please spread the word so that we can open as soon as possible. KS1 children will have focussed teaching sessions with Mrs North and we will employ a member of staff to look after the preschoolers. Please do get in touch if you have any questions. The process has been long and arduous, with Ofsted changing their systems three times during the year, but we are very excited that we are nearly there!
Best wishes, Lully Newman
