This is an upgraded service offering:

Immediate support: parents and carers can speak to a dedicated professional on the day that they call

Expert team: The team is staffed by school nurses and community health workers

Fast advice: support and guidance is available at that point of contact; there is no need to wait to be referred on to another professional
